It’s all about the West End in 2016.
According to Seattle-based residential real estate brokerage Redfin Corp., Atlanta’s West End neighborhood is the most sought after neighborhood in the city.
“Real estate pioneers are flocking to West End because it’s in a great location, situated on the Weside Trail with plenty of green space, parks and close proximity to the Beltline,” Redfin agent Will Fassinger said in a statement. “People also like West End because it has beautiful, historic Queen Anne, Folk Victorian and bungalow homes with lots of character that are being restored with modern amenities.”
Redfin reported the “list is all about access to public transit, affordability and charm.”
