Apartments in Atlanta’s Buckhead Village neighborhood continue to command the highest rent prices in the city, according to a new report by apartment rental company ApartmentList.com.
In April, the average cost to rent a two-bedroom apartment in Buckhead Village averaged $2,620, the San Francisco-based company says.
The price is up substantially from December, when the average price to rent a two-bedroom in Buckhead Village was $1,890. The area was also ranked most expensive on the December list. (Click here to view that list).

Buckhead Village – Average $2,620
North Buckhead – Average $2,150 (tie)
Peachtree Hills – Average $2.150 (tie)
Midtown – Average $1,930
Inman Park – Average $1,860
Virginia Highland – Average $1,720 (tie)
Atlantic Station – Average $1,700 (tie)
Home Park – Average $1,700
