We are looking for a highly organized, creative effective time-manager with meticulous attention to detail that loves the challenge of Real Estate. The ideal candidate would have a good comprehension of the real estate transaction process, demonstrate integrity and project a strong work ethic. This person is a self-starter who should be capable of prioritizing tasks for managing multiple projects and listings at various stages. This person is customer service oriented with an engaging manner and impeccable follow through. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. This person takes the job seriously, but not themselves and is Team First Always. This person is someone who likes to have fun and will make the most out of every situation. The position requires a team player dedicated to supporting not only the lead agent but the entire team in achieving greater levels of success while growing his/her own skills. A professional demeanor is important in order to deal with clients, lenders, brokers, realtors and attorneys on a daily basis.
Responsibilities at a Glance:
Be the first point of contact in handling customer and client inquiries
Manage lead agent’s e-mail, calendars, and files
Schedule showings
Maintain listing files
Create weekly e-flyers, send out e-blasts
Coordinate weekly team meetings
Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
Provide sellers with status updates of showings, marketing, and feedback
Supervise the work flow of the virtual assistant (off-site assistant)
Prepare listing presentations, CMA’s, and Buyer and Seller Books
Host caravans and [possibly] open houses
Show property when needed
Coordinate photo shoots, complete listing documents, and write listing copy
Coordinate creation and delivery of marketing materials
Maintain, manage and update online databases and trackers
Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
Coordinate the maintenance of all office equipment and purchase of supplies
Coordinate and manage listings and listing marketing
Coordinate and manage buyer tours
Maintain and order signage inventory
Maintain and manage Incoming Leads
Maintain and manage Team's Calendars
Maintain and cultivate vendor relationships
Coordinate promotions, client events and training

3 – 5 years of administrative experience
Holds an active GA Real Estate License (preferred)
Lives within a 30-minute commute of the office.

Buckhead Location
Hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm sometimes later, one hour lunch. Monday to Friday. Real Estate is a 7-day
business so there will be Occasional nights and weekends. Cover emails and phones on a weekend rotation
and possible showings.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation based on experience plus bonus opportunity. Details of Compensation Plan to be discussed at Interview.
